Disruption analysis

Disruption is a very specific mechanism that Clayton Christensen identified to understand how industries transform and businesses can grow or vanish. In chapter 3 of the book, I explain this mechanism. This checklist is a tool that can be used to start the discussion in the leadership team about disruptive opportunities and threats. 

Disruption is a chance to grow, when not acted upon it will become a threat.
